Transport and forwarding assignments undertaken by VG Transport AB are carried out under the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2015), where applicable. NSAB governs liability, claims and limitations of liability between the parties.

As the transports are performed through our partners, the respective carrier's terms also apply to the physical carriage. Full terms for your specific assignment are provided with the quote and booking, and can be requested at sales@vgtransport.eu.

VG Transport AB (reg. no. 559588-9204) is the data controller for the information you provide to us.

What we collect: When you complete a form on the site we process the details you enter – for example name, company, email, phone number and your description of the transport need.

Why: To answer your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out the requested transport and forwarding services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest and steps taken in connection with a contract.

Storage: The data is stored securely with our database provider and kept only as long as needed for the purpose or as required by law.
